CPFX is a comprehensive Transportation Management System (TMS) that caters to the deliver needs of various stakeholders within the transportation ecosystem. It seamlessly integrates multiple user roles, including Superadmin, Team Members, and Drivers, to streamline booking processes, manage vehicles, track financial data, and provide valuable insights through detailed reports.

The system generates comprehensive reports that cover a wide spectrum of topics, including fuel costs, expenses, income, driver earnings, booking history, user demographics, monthly billing, vendor interactions, and yearly performance summaries. These reports provide insights that drive decision-making, track expenses, assess the financial health of the operation, and fine-tune service quality.

Team Members are encouraged to provide feedback after each trip, which is used to assess driver behavior and overall service quality. Superadmins have access to this feedback, using it to generate driver behavior reports and evaluate driver performance.
Superadmins oversee vehicle maintenance through specific vendors, ensuring that vehicles receive timely and appropriate maintenance. Costs associated with maintenance are meticulously recorded within the system, providing transparency in vendor relationships and enabling cost optimization.
