Customers can easily generate a trip by specifying the pickup and drop-off locations, as well as the duration of the trip. They can also choose their preferred pet and select a driver from the list of available drivers within their date range. Once the trip is confirmed, customers can pay securely through the platform.

Drivers can bid on new trips generated by customers. They can also set their own price range and view their total earnings and calendar for all assigned trips. Drivers can accept or decline trips based on their availability and preferences.

Superadmins have the ability to create new customers and drivers, as well as assign and unassign trips. They can also view a comprehensive overview of the system's performance, including the number of trips completed, customer satisfaction ratings, and driver earnings.
