Customer Dashboard

The customer dashboard is the central hub where users can easily manage their orders, view delivery statuses, and track shipments in real time.
It offers an intuitive interface displaying active, pending, and completed deliveries, ensuring complete transparency in the logistics process.
Customers can monitor each parcel from dispatch to delivery, minimizing confusion and enhancing confidence in every order.

Built by Tiecodes, the dashboard integrates GPS-powered maps, real-time driver tracking, and detailed order timelines allowing customers to stay informed every step of the way.

Order Management & Parcel Details

 

This module provides customers with complete parcel visibility, including pickup and delivery addresses, estimated delivery time, product weight, and package condition.
Users can also access order histories, view receipts, and check proof-of-delivery photos uploaded by drivers.
The system ensures that every order’s lifecycle from placement to completion is recorded and verifiable.

Real-Time Tracking

The real-time tracking feature is the heart of WhimsTrack.

Drivers can update parcel statuses (e.g., Picked Up, In Transit, Delivered), upload delivery images, and mark damaged or returned parcels directly from their mobile app.
