Overview

The Bidding Feature empowers drivers to compete for available loads by submitting their own price offers. This creates a transparent, competitive, and fair process that benefits both administrators and drivers. Instead of fixed assignments, drivers have the flexibility to choose loads based on their schedules, routes, and profitability, while administrators can select the most suitable option from multiple bids.

How It Works

  1. Load Creation – The administrator creates a new load with all relevant details (origin, destination, type, weight, and delivery deadline).

  2. Bid Submission – Registered drivers can view the load and place their bids by suggesting a price and expected delivery terms.

  3. Competitive Selection – Multiple drivers can bid, giving administrators a variety of choices in terms of cost and service quality.

  4. Driver Assignment – The administrator reviews all bids and assigns the load to the driver who best fits the requirements.

Notification

Overview

The Notification Feature ensures that drivers are instantly informed about newly available loads and bidding activities. By sending timely alerts, the system increases engagement, reduces delays, and helps drivers respond quickly to opportunities.

How It Works

  1. Load Creation Alert – Whenever an administrator creates a new load, the system automatically sends a notification to all drivers located within a 150 km radius of the pickup location.

  2. Bidding Updates – Drivers also receive notifications related to bidding activities, ensuring they never miss the chance to place or respond to a bid.

  3. Real-Time Delivery – Notifications are delivered instantly, keeping both administrators and drivers connected without manual follow-ups.
